Join Gary Martelli, curator for Phoenix Airport Museum as he discusses exhibition successes and best practices with artist and AZPA member Rebecca Ross. In this interactive question-and-answer format, Gary will answer questions about selecting your strongest work, how to accurately present your artwork in jpeg format for competitions, and how to best prepare your work to exhibit. In addition, Gary will take attendees on a museum tour of current exhibitions, show examples of professionally presented work and share insights on curating an exhibition as well as bringing it to fruition.

Gary Martelli served as juror for the 2023 AZPA Members’ Exhibition and is well suited to present information specifically tailored to our members. With 30 years of curatorial experience, Gary is eager to give AZPA an inside look into the workings of Phoenix Airport Museum display spaces at this unique and well-respected airport art venue.
