I love the theme of trees! Trees offer so much for photographers: shade, sculpture, beauty, and perches to find birds and critters! In Arizona, we are the keepers of the beautiful tree-like cactus the Saguaro. There is a wonderful thing that I have encountered many times in our yard as well as on walks in our neighborhood. This wonderful thing is the sound of love birds. Many times I have looked up to see a group of them “chatting”. They often go back to the same locations be it mesquite or saguaro. One day I made sure to take my camera with the right lens and just hung out with them for a while. Photography is as much about capturing the moment, as it is about being patient and ready to wait for that right moment.
