The Call for Submissions for our first-ever AZPA Portfolio Exchange has been so successful we’ve decided to give you another week to submit! The goal of the project is to provide a format for our members to share their work with each other, and create a valuable and desirable collection of fine art quality prints, and we’ve seen some wonderful work so far!

Each participating member will be responsible for contributing one unmounted 11×14″ print per portfolio produced, which will be determined by the number of members who participate. For example: If 10 members participate, then 10 portfolios will be produced and distributed one each to each participant. Each compiled portfolio will hold a collection of 10 images “exchanged” from every other participant.

There is no entry cost to participate, however each member will be responsible for providing the required quantity of prints, and for the cost of the one portfolio case they receive (approximately $100-150) in the exchange.

AZPA will also produce two more portfolios; one will be donated to ASU Northlight Gallery and the second will be available for auction.

Portfolio Exchange Timeline
At this time, all you need to do if you want to participate is indicate your interest on the submission form, along with a digital image of the photograph you propose to submit to the Portfolio. Once all the submissions have been received, they will be reviewed and approved for inclusion, with the final print due on April 1.
