Phoenix Film Revival (PFR) is a community darkroom rooted in preserving the art of film and alternative process photography. Started by a group of photographers in 2016, PFR is a dream come true for many who were lacking access to resources and community space to continue their endeavors in these analog processes.

The darkroom hosts various events and activities including workshops, open lab, photo shows and more. Nurturing and sustaining the growing community of photographers has been the core of PFR since its conception, an aspiration they share with AZPA! Through monthly membership and community support from donations, the lab maintains a fully functional darkroom where individuals can develop, scan and print their photographic work.
