I am always fascinated by how other people use symbols to express their feelings. In this quite prayer room, someone had carefully placed a crucifix and candles at a hole in the adobe wall. The arrangement was a very personal statement, and I photographed the shrine that was left behind. Inspired by that image, I freely modified the setting and rearranged the objects. The result is my personal expression using the symbols of that shrine.
